This is to formally announce that I have bought a MP4 Player. At last. The Google(yeah i call search and google in the same breath) was on for last 2 years for a durable yet cost efficient. I planned to buy one of the guys from Transcend stable or SanDisk. But after reading the reviews the sounded like more of a mediocre than a full fledged or great PMP. Then I went for the guys who revolutionized the product Apple Computers. But they were too costly. So the last option was to choose a product which was cost effective yet great. Thus came 3 players Phillips, Samsung and Creative. Out of which Samsung is not available in India. I was searching for a minimum of 2 GB video capable PMP. But when I saw the Creative Zen 4 GB it was much better than the others. Some of the online reviews said it’s just a little below the famed iPod Nano. So I went ahead and bought from the product from http://ebay.in. Though I am yet to get the product in my hands hope that the product is as good as the reviews say. To be on the safer side I have even bought a pair of Creative Ep-630 earphones to go with the product.

I am sorry

This is post for all those ladies whom i have done anything wrong. Either intetionally, unintensionally, in love, in friendship, as a foe, mentally, emotionally or anything in between.

For those who are thinking why such an apologetic post? than it the aftermath of Ranbir Kapoor starrer “Bachna aie Haseeno.”  Working for Game Development Division of Microsoft and takes off on a lonnnnnnnnnnnggggg leave of 6 month, just out of guilt feeling of all his mistakes in his life. the hearts he broke and to ask for forgiveness from the gals. Man! this guy has got guts!! Nah not because he is out there and playing i am best but 6 months of leave without telling any one. If microsoft is allowing long weekend of that sort than please refer me there. I have worked on all the OS and once upon a time worked on a Game Porting. 😛 (Yeah i am bragging).

The weekend that went by had loads of fun and we were out to watch the movie Bachna aie Haseeno. No comment on the story, Movie, direction, actors. Just a quick review. (My First)

Bachna Aie haseeno start out with the son dancing to the tunes of his father. Its in literal terms the title song is filmed on father Rishi Kapoor in the movie “Hum Kisi Se Kam Nahin.” Than start a line of comedy and fun filled part of the life ranbir kapoor (Raj). He meets 3 gals @ various stages of his life. Just to meet them again. Watch the movie to know what the above line means. The movie full of comedy and boring scenes. some places you feel oh yeah that was the way i used to think at that phase of my life.

My advice Go with an open mind without any pre thoughts about the movie and you will surely love it. All in all its and out and out Raj Shree Production “Romantic Comedy.”

Dream

This post is dedicated to a dream which i had broken.Before that some good news. We have finished our trainee project and we are free these days. How do we celebrate? What could be a better way to celebrate by doing the way we used to do it during our college days? BUNK! We bunked office and went to watch Race. A team of 7 of us left office at 2 and had a fun filled day with popcorn and loads of babes. Nah not the office ones but on the screen. I heard from that dream yesterday and this to tell her i am really sorry!!

A crying cribbing weekend.

The last i was cried twice. and cribbed more than that.Let me tell you the whole story. I bought a Brand new Nokia E65 for my dad (using his card :P)  in the month of November. it turned out that the pone had some problem and it went to Offline mode. So it was dutifully given to the Nokia Care @ kolkata for repair. Just to know that the phone is not repairable. Now comes the intresting part. “Nokia India” has a policy in which the they let the guys at decide what to do with the cell phone. and most of the time the nokia care guys give you a replacement phone. If you think its a brand new piece than you are wrong they give you a refurbished set. You call it my luck!! The set that the nokia guys returned to my dad is more than 6 month old. and looks dirty than his 1 year old Nokia 1100. Here is the conclusion in the matter.1. Nokia makes buggy sets and sell them to customer for hefty (for a premium) price.2. when the customer goes for the repair he is handed old piece and the buggy piece goes back for the sale. 3. On calling the customer you are greeted with a voice like that of a landlord to his tenant after 3rd of non payment.  Nokia has the worst customer care in where the guys are rude and are not ready to listen to what the client says and go on like a tape recorder!!From now on i will say no to NO-kia. iPhone here i come. (Apple has the best costumer support in the world)This week end i saw two movies both has two thing common. First both had child actor having reel age of 8 years. second both the movies made me Cry. Before you comment WTF you are guy and guys don’t cry. well i cry.In TZP i cried when the title song started. I didn’t cried at the end but i cried when i saw there are so many children and there are so few to help them. and i cried when i watched the bubbly movie called “The Game Plan” i cried because i in some way missed my parents. (ask anyone who lived in hostel how much they miss there parents.)
